 SHORT MESSAGE OF HOPE

     ...written for the skeptic...

This message is for the agnostic, the atheist, or any other who notices disturbing trends in the world, yet has difficulty accepting the Christian community and its ideas about “the end of the world.”   The time is right for this message, and it is especially written for those who grasp history well enough to know that world governance eventually and invariably will result in world tyranny and bondage.  The history major knows well that history repeats itself.  Nation after nation has faced tyranny in one form or another.   Today, history is repeating itself in an extraordinary way — worldwide.  It is called “the new order.”  It is the attempt to create the impression that history cannot repeat itself; that world peace can be achieved, and that everyone can live happily ever after.  Only those sufficiently lacking in historical knowledge, or those believers in fairy tales will buy into it.

First, a quick introduction.  This writer has explored, and devoted much study to, all the major religions of the world, and has consequently reached one conclusion.  There are many gods, but only one who created us; the same and only one whose laws guarantee freedom, both individually and collectively.  The intent of this message is to briefly introduce this God, and try to offer what may be hope to those with intelligent and reasoning minds.  Before the reader jumps to conclusions thinking they may already have heard of this God, I would offer the challenge to read through to the end of this message.  The name of this God, among other things, may come as a surprise to the reader.

This God says that he is the same yesterday, today, and forever.  In other words, he does not change.  What he promises, he delivers, which is quite comforting given the nature of man who will promise something one day, and renege on that promise the next.

This God uses a particular people to speak through, instructing them to write and keep a record so that ALL mankind (and not just those particular people) can have access to his words.  There is nothing secret about this God.  Knowledge, according to this God, is easy to obtain and is freely given to all.  The only condition is that it must be requested.

This God is more “fair” and “just” than earthly justice can define.  Those who have not been afforded an opportunity to know this God in this life are not held accountable for their ignorance.  And for those who have been afforded an opportunity, judgment is based upon what they choose to do with that opportunity, and how much they have learned.  This God does not force his rules on anyone.  All are free to choose to take or to leave them.

This God is infinitely smarter than man, and knows which rules must be enforced in order to maintain true peace, and true freedom.  His instruction allows all to benefit, if they will only but follow that instruction.  Obey his laws, freedom is the result.  Disobey his laws, bondage is the result.  Are we sure?  Yes, because the laws of nature prove it to be true.  This God is the same as a good parent who instructs their child on what is “right” and what is “wrong,” and the consequences which follow the actions of both.  For example, this God would say “Do not put your hand on a hot stove; if you do, you will get burned.”  This God explains both simple and complex rules and the consequences of following or not following those rules in great detail.  But it is always our choice to follow those rules or break those rules and face the consequences.  Freedom or bondage, the choice is always ours.

This God explains that there are two opposing forces in the world — good and evil.  He explains that good is something inherent in all of us, but that it must be perfected in order to obtain perfect peace, freedom, and therefore, happiness.  He explains that evil  is also something inherent in all of us, which can easily overrule the good if we are not learned in the definition of good.  Evil, this God explains, does not look like the typical Halloween devil of our imagination, complete with horns, a tail, and a pitchfork.  Rather, evil counterfeits good, thrives in secrets and disguises, and is always clever and deceiving.  In other words, evil is the devil wearing full-bodied sheep attire, having perfected the language of the sheep.

Many ask why this God created evil.  If he is so great, they wonder, then why did he not just create the good, and leave it at that?  The answer is simple.  This God loves freedom and hates bondage.  Without knowledge of both good and evil, there is no way to choose between the two.  And if there is no way to choose, then there is no way to be free.  And if there is no way to be free, then there is no opportunity for true happiness.  Can we fully appreciate or even understand the rainbow without first experiencing the rain?

Evil wants to convince mankind that the rainbow can come without the rain, and that knowledge of the rain is not necessary.   See how evil, evil is?

This God does not like secrets.  He basks in the light of day, and wants us to see and understand.

Though we are all given an opportunity to choose, only this God, and no other, is powerful enough to know perfectly in advance what it is that we will choose.  And because he is a merciful God, this God will even reveal that foreknowledge to anyone who desires to understand it.  This God does not force knowledge.  This God offers knowledge and lets us choose to take it or leave it.  Here are just a few of the countless truths this God has foretold......

... This God foretold how mankind would misinterpret evil; how evil would be viewed as good and good as evil.  He even foretold that man would scoff at the mere mention of evil, and ironically be deceived by it.

... This God foretold how mankind would embrace false traditions and laws that destroy.  This God foretold man’s choice to remain in ignorance to laws that are higher and good.

... This God foretold mankind’s beliefs in multiple gods.

... This God foretold how the world would be enmeshed in great secret societies, organizations, and conspiracies.

... This God foretold how mankind would twist, transpose, and transfigure his written words; how many who claimed to be his ministers in synagogues and churches would teach that which was contrary to his instruction.

But perhaps the greatest prophetic message we were given from this God concerned kingdoms and/or governments.  This God warned us of the consequences that come as a result of disobedience to his law.  He warned that disobedience always begets bondage; that a people who resist his law are a people who unknowingly enslave themselves.   He foretold all of the major governments that have existed throughout recorded history, to include the rise and fall of the Egyptians, the Babylonians, the Medes, the Persians, the Greeks, even that of the Romans, all of which sought world empire, yet all of which fell short in their quest.  This God further explained that “world empire” would be achieved in the latter days, and that it would form methodically and deceitfully, and under the guise of peace, fooling many into embracing it.

But this same God also promised a delivery from that “world empire.”  The same King who delivered another people out of hard bondage 3,500 years ago, will deliver a people again out of bondage.  This God even told us that the rescue of old was inconsequential compared to the deliverance yet to be accomplished.

This God left the comforts of his dwelling place for a time, and lived on this earth as a man, so that all of his agreements and promises to mankind could be achieved.  His work is not finished.  Although his name has been polluted by those who claim to know him (a matter that he, himself, foretold), his name will ultimately be purified before the eyes of the entire world.  We can look forward to that occurrence in the day we are delivered from the bondage of world government.
